Returning Quality Products If the product you received doesn’t meet your satisfaction, you may return it within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. The product must be returned in its original, unused, undamaged state, and in optimal condition. The returned item should be complete (with label intact and the protective film untouched) and returned in its original packaging. The condition of the returned product should match the state in which it was received by the customer.
Upon receiving the returned product, we’ll conduct a quality evaluation. If the product is unused, undamaged, and maintains its original appearance, we’ll issue a refund within a maximum period of 2 weeks.
Returning Defective Products Should you receive a faulty product, you have the right to return it. This does not apply to products that aren’t objectively faulty or those damaged due to improper storage or misuse by the buyer. If the product is being returned due to poor quality, keys-automobiliams.lt will replace the defective product with a quality one at our expense or refund the amount paid for the product. The refund will be processed no later than 2 weeks from the return date.
