Returns of Quality Goods
If the item you purchased does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return it within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Returned goods must:
- Be unused, undamaged, and retain their original appearance (no scratches, stains, or signs of wear),
- Be returned in their original, intact packaging with all labels and protective films (if any) in place,
- Be in the same condition and complete set as received by the buyer.
When returning a product, please include:
- A proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation),
- A short explanation of the reason for the return.
Once we receive the item, it will be sent for quality inspection. If it meets all the return criteria (unused, undamaged, resaleable condition), a refund will be issued within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Please note: A fixed €8 return handling fee will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover processing and logistics costs.
Returns of Defective or Faulty Goods
If you received a product that is defective or damaged during transport, you are entitled to return it or request a replacement.
A product is considered defective if:
- It has a manufacturing defect,
- It was damaged in transit,
- Or it does not function as described.
Important: This does not apply to defects caused by misuse, improper storage, or handling by the customer.
In such cases, you may choose to:
- Receive a replacement product of proper quality, or
- Get a full refund of the amount paid.
Returned defective items will be assessed for quality, and if the defect is confirmed, a full refund will be issued within 14 calendar days from the date of return.
Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update or change these return terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. However, all orders are subject to the terms that were in effect at the time of purchase.
